I’m Madeline, a visually driven project manager focused on bringing immersive experiences from concept to reality.
I translate creative vision into cohesive environments and experiences that feel intentional, engaging, and well-produced. My background spans live events, educational programs, and digital projects, where I’ve led timelines, budgets, vendors, and on-site coordination.
I’m also a tech enthusiast, always exploring ways to use digital tools to support creative production and elevate how ideas are realized. Based in Philadelphia, I collaborate on freelance projects across creative spaces.

When I’m not designing brand materials or producing live experiences, I spend time exploring the technical side of my brain. I currently work as a cybersecurity analyst and perform hands-on security research. I’m naturally curious and love taking systems apart to understand how they work and how they can be improved.
Outside of work, I enjoy slower, intentional moments: coloring, practicing yoga, cuddling with my dog, and discovering good food with my husband. I’m happiest balancing creative work with time in nature, a good romance novel, and space to recharge.
