Revival of Passaic County Teen Arts Festival
The Passaic County Teen Arts Festival (PCTAF) is a county-wide arts initiative designed to give high school students an opportunity to showcase their talents, engage with peers, and explore a range of artistic disciplines. After pausing operations for nearly a decade, the festival lacked both institutional continuity and an operational blueprint.
In 2021, I was brought on to revive the festival and lead its relaunch, rebuilding the program from the ground up, reestablishing relationships, and defining the systems required for long-term sustainability.
